"We always wanted to own a home, but due to financial circumstances and credit history we were prevented from getting a house. Thanks to the help of the Mobile County Down Payment Assistance Program and Consumer Credit Counseling we are now proud owners of a three bedroom, two bathroom house that was built by the Lighthouse Community Development Corporation. Without this program our dreams would still be a dream."
